Prices

All prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and include VAT and other fees. The total cost of the purchase will be clearly displayed before the final order and will include all costs associated with the purchase. All prices include 25% VAT.

Delivery

Whether it’s a quiz upgrade or a subscription, the service will be available immediately after the purchase is completed. Your receipt will be available immediately after the purchase and can later be found under Payments in your account.

Right of Withdrawal

We comply with the general rules regarding the return of digital services.

Payment

For subscription purchases or quiz upgrades, payments can be made via card. Card payments are fully managed through Stripe.
The payment is charged immediately. If you choose to cancel an ongoing subscription, it will be terminated immediately, and no further charges will be made to your card.

Mixquiz does not store any information about card details or similar data. You can read more about how Stripe handles data here.
Card information is always transmitted securely via SSL/TLS encryption. All card information is stored in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1 regulations.
